ALUMNI ASSOCIATION OF NATIONALITES (AAN) The Alumni Association of Nationalites (AAN) was founded in the golden jubilee year of the college and is growing under the dynamic guidance of our President, prominent entrepreneur Mr Hari Ram Mehra, a graduate of the class of 1964 who is also the expresident of the prestigious Khar Gymkhana. The association has over 4000 registered members. AAN enables the alumni (ex-students) to come together and contribute to the institution which was instrumental in honing their skill and shaping their career. Members of AAN work together with the college to realize their dreams - ensuring placements for our students, sharing their enterprise and knowledge through seminar and guest lectures and ensuring that future batches of students can look back at their time here with pride and joy. The Mediclaim policy of the non-teaching staff of National College has been sponsored by AAN for the last five years. AAN also provides free ships to needy students. To reach out to our alumni and to make the current students aware of its activities, AAN has been organizing various cultural, academic and social awareness programs. AAN has organized fashion shows, wherein college students shared the ramp with professional models from the fashion world. Workshops on ‘alternative careers’ – Ballroom Dancing by Hanif Hilal; Odissi dance: Classical Movements by Guru Jhaleum Paranjape; Nature Photography by Nayan Khanolkar; Grooming and Hairstyling by Nalini Academy – were also organized by the association.
